Summer Studio & Nutrition Challenges

Join our Summer Challenge (June 3rd - August 31st, 2026) to develop strength and resilience while supporting your well-being!
In 90 days, you’ll take a combination of 45 different classes, some of which may be new to you. This well-being challenge is fantastic for expanding your practice to include different teachers and modalities. Plus, it’s a lot of fun!

Studio Challenge

Rules
You can take as many classes per day as you desire, and you may skip days. All classes must be taken with Pause, and must be attended live in-studio.

You will keep track of your progress on your game board and have teachers mark your attendance on it.
Workshops do not count.

To be eligible for prizes, you must take all designated classes with Pause in 90 days (from June 3 – August 31) AND complete the social media square designated as #PSC.

To complete the social media square, snap a photo or a video related to your practice and post it on social media, tagging @pausefitnessnutrition. Don’t have social media? For each social media square, email jolie@pausedurango.com and share how this challenge is going for you (any insights you’ve found, what you’re learning, or what you’re experiencing).

The “Free Space” (the center spot) is a class of your choice.

A class cannot be reconciled with a video or photo of you doing yoga elsewhere. You must be in class to fulfill each corresponding square. Sorry, no exceptions.

Special treat: When you complete 25 classes on the board, let Jolie Ensign know, and you will receive a free gift card for a local business(redeemable only during the challenge period).
When you complete all 45 squares, submit a photo/scan of the game board to jolie@pausedurango.com to be considered for the raffle. You must hit the goal with all the designated classes by the end of the day Sunday, August 31 to be considered. We’ll check your board with our records.
