Join Steven for a monthly Sound Meditation that uses breath and immersive gong vibrations to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release stress. This one-hour experience supports immune health, balance, and overall well-being while guiding you into a deeply relaxed, grounded state.

Sound bath with heart elixir
June 7 | 7pm

Enjoy a sparkling water elixir with a Spagyric Reishi Rose Honey tincture to nurture the heart and relax more deeply. Brian will guide a journey through sound with gongs, singing bowls, flutes, bells, ancient whistles, chimes and more. Immersed in this cosmic ocean of sound, the vibrations massage every cell of the body, calm the nervous system, and carry us into a blissful, peaceful state of deep relaxation. This is a lovely opportunity to slow down, soften, and feel our hearts.

New moon sound immersion with qigong
June 13 | 3pm

Melissa will begin by guiding us through gentle Qigong movements: a heart-opening practice that balances the body, relaxes the mind, and allows Qi (life energy) to flow freely. Then, as we settle into comfortable nests, Brian will intuitively guide us on a journey through sound with gongs, singing bowls, handpan, flutes, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Immersed in this cosmic ocean of sound, the vibrations gently massage each cell, calm the nervous system, and invite a blissful state of deep relaxation and inner harmony.

Teen Pilates
July 1 - Aug 5 | Wednesdays 4pm

These classes are for TEEN athletes, dancers, and movers to start focusing on strength, posture, balance, coordination, and flexibility in a fun group environment. Continual Pilates practice can help improve core stability, muscle imbalances, and improve movement quality.

It has a number of physical and mental benefits including focus and mind-body connection which can translate into everyday life, school, and sports performance.
