Join Steven for a monthly (Thursday, May 7th, 7pm) Sound Meditation that uses breath and immersive gong vibrations to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release stress. This one-hour experience supports immune health, balance, and overall well-being while guiding you into a deeply relaxed, grounded state.

Foundation Reformer - 5 Week Pop UP Series

Reformer Foundations is a five week series of classes for those who want a deeper understanding of the history, the fundamental principles and the classical exercises of Pilates. It is designed as a beginner reformer class practicing new skills and choreography while also allowing time for questions and discussion. In this series you will gain a better understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses including what exercises you can do to get stronger, more flexible, correct muscle imbalances and improve your posture. High Desert Reset: Come Home to Yourself
April 25 I 6:30pm - 7:45pm

A 75-minute experience to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. The class blends gentle, somatic yoga movement, restorative postures, nature-inspired meditation, and crystal bowl sound healing to support deep rest and a sense of ease. Hands-on assists are offered (optional) to support relaxation and grounding.

Inspired by spring in the high desert, you’ll be invited to notice what might be slowly emerging in your own life—without needing to push or figure it out, just allowing space for something new to take shape.

Himalayan singing bowls

This sound bath is a deeply restorative experience using Himalayan singing bowls to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner stillness. The resonant tones and vibrations help quiet mental chatter, release stored tension, and invite the body into a state of rest and integration. The vibrations from these bowls penetrate deeply through the body, shifting our energy and promoting healing.
